Ruined our table! And can’t be returned. Do not buy for continuous use.
The ceramic is not sealed properly and sweats. Didn’t notice for two months and by then our tables finish was ruined. Wouldn’t offer a return. Do not buy this model for continuous use! Also, The plastic spout feels cheap.

Beautiful and Functional
We replaced our electric water dispenser with this one, and we're SO glad we did! It looks nice on the stand, it matches our kitchen decor and home, it doesn't take up much space, and it saves us electric! It arrived in perfect condition with the porcelain lid, the plastic rim, and plastic spigot (which we will swap for our preferred stainless steel). It holds our 5 gallon jugs well, no leaks whatsoever!

Having a leaking issue
I followed the directions for installing the faucet, but and still having leaking issues around the base. It is a slow leak, but annoying. The finish and color are nice so I hope I can find a solution to the leaking.

Leaks from the bottom of the crock.
The crock leaks from the rim of the bottom of the crock. There are no visible cracks but it still leaks.

I am on a campaign to reduce our garbage output, especially plastics. Instead of buying gallons of water, we purchased four refillable 3 gallon bottles and set up this great dispenser in the kitchen. This crock is attractive in my country kitchen, convenient to use and best yet, we are no longer filling our garbage with plastic bottles.
