Eye Drops by Bausch & Lomb, Lubricant Relief for Dry Eyes, Soothe XP, 15 mL

This stuff is great for temporarily relieving eye dryness. If you're like me, you'll need to use it several times a day and before going to sleep. It's excellent, though not the most convenient, nor cheap. I no longer use, though, as I have found a better way. I take Food Science of Vermont Omega Supreme Softgels.Food Science of Vermont Omega Supreme Softgels, 90 Count It took me about 1/2 a bottle to notice results, but one day I noticed--'hey, my eyes aren't dry!!' If I had not found the Omega Supreme's, these eye drops would be the next best option.

Why do I like this product. Many drops do not seem to work even if they might be doing the medical job. These drops are almost like giving your eyes noticeable rest. At first your eyes get cloudy for a few seconds and then instant smoothness. It is almost like you are putting silk on the inside of your eye lids. If you suffer from dry weepy eyes this will give you a gliding feeling.

I have really bad allergies and dry eyes. These drops work great. I have stopped using Allergy drops that so often contain astrigents that burn after applying and make my eyes feel worse. I use Soothe drops before bed and right after I wake up. I no longer have dry, irritated and itchy eyes. They are a bit pricey but for me the results are worth the price. I highly recommend Soothe drops.

Definitely works, but because my eyes are so very dry, I probably need the Rx version.

I can't tell you how happy I was to see Soothe XP back on the market again! I have chronic dry eye, and my ophthalmologist swears by this stuff. He had me using it for a year before it was taken off the market, and it helped SO much! I've tried every other similar product during the time I couldn't get XP, and none seemed to help nearly as much. Since using Soothe XP again, my eyes feel much better again, and I can see SO much better. Thank you for bringing it back!!

Works wonders for eye allergies!

I'm not sure whether I'm allergic or sensitive to something in this, but it isn't soothing to my eyes. I know Bausch & Lomb is an excellent brand & this might be great for someone else, just not for me. It does seem to be getting a little better the longer I use it, so it could just be my allergies causing the scratchy feeling. I will try it a while longer.

Pro: Works great and is very soothing.Con: Could just be me but the outside ink on the bottle wore off quickly. Almost couldn't read what it was.
