I recently upgraded to the new Mac Mini M4, and this hub/stand has been a fantastic addition. The build quality is excellent, with an aluminum finish that matches the Mac Mini perfectly. It looks like it was designed by Apple!The biggest selling point for me was the 40Gbps NVMe/M.2 SSD enclosure, which works flawlessly. I installed a high-speed NVMe drive, and the speeds are as advertised—super fast and perfect for extra storage without cluttering my desk.The port selection is well thought out. Having two USB-A ports, a USB-C host port, and a 3.5mm audio jack at the front makes it incredibly convenient for plugging in accessories. It saves me from reaching behind my Mac Mini all the time.Setup was straightforward—just plug and play, no extra drivers needed. It also raises the Mac Mini slightly, improving airflow, which is a nice touch.Overall, if you own the new Mac Mini M4 or M4 Pro, this is a must-have accessory. It expands functionality, improves convenience, and looks great on the desk.

Lots of ports. Very helpful. The unit fits well with the mini and looks as though it belongs. Ventilation is adequate--no problems. I mounted a memory chip for added storage and it seems to work smoothly, fast, and was easy to install. Yes, the screws were a bit of a pain as they are very tiny, but I am 80 and I did it, so how hard can it be? The only flaw is that this unit does not have a cutout to facilitate access to the infamous hidden on/off switch, but that is not a show stopper for me. This unit has more additional ports than most and some are very fast--compared to others. No wifi conflict so far.

This dock is a perfect match for the Mac mini M4. The aluminum design looks seamless and matches the Mac perfectly. Plenty of ports — including fast 10Gbps USB and a full 4K60Hz HDMI — make it super convenient. The built-in SSD enclosure for NVMe/SATA is a great bonus for extra storage. It's solidly built, nice fit and finish, aesthetically pleasing, and of course it's got lots of ports. It can accommodate an M.2 NVMe SSD drive to help expand storage and extra devices for my M4 Mac Mini. My only gripe is that my 7,000 mb/s WD Black SSD is knee capped at less than 1,000 mb/s. Guess I should have noticed the 10 gb/s transfer transfer rate. :(

This is the same color and base size as my M4 Mini. It has all the ports I needed and included the USB-C cable to connect the hub to the Mac mini. I haven't tested the memory expansion slot yet but all the other parts are very useful!
