Finger Strengthener and Hand Exerciser for Guitar, Piano,Climbing Trainning or Therapy

While I type all dang day long at my computer, I have a weak finger on my right hand. Was never a problem until I recently started piano lessons! Try playing chords when one finger says "bugger off mate"... yeah, song sounds crappy.There are no real instructions which sorta suck but you just look at the thing and realize holding it one way is for your right hand and turning it around is for the other.The first time I used it I did just 3 minutes of closing my whole hand. Didn't seem like much until about 20 minutes later when the muscles in my fingers woke up in protest! I had over done it!This is an effective if not strange looking little device. My weak finger is getting stronger so it's all good!

The directions were poorly written, not detailed and difficult to understand. I have not been able to adjust the resistance as desired. The plastic finger/thumb “ grips” are uncomfortable and rigid, which is perhaps necessary but also means they don’t adjust to finger sizes or make flexing easy or pain free. It would be easy to get a finger stuck and they are not comfortable to use. Being hard plastic makes it impossible to easily adjust finger placement to isolate different flexor tendons.

There was a rivet that had come apart through the shipping. Still functional though (but how long?). This is for someone with skinny long fingers and if you sweat your fingers will slide off. Poorly designed .
