Bought this Restoration Manual for my Husband so can't get enthusiastic myself over this product, but he likes it and refers to it! He has poured over the pages so is obviously a good read if you are into this sort of thing. Product arrived quickly.

This book which was not new was in very good condition.The service from this particular supplier was excellent and I would certainly not hesitate to use them again.I found the book to be quite well written and easily understood but it does assume of course a reasonable amount of "mechanical competence". It does explain some things in quite basic detail which is good for a restoration novice.

As a general maintenance book is OK. You must have a firm background on bodyworks, though...

This book is full of useful hints and tips, various models covered with specific examples particularly A and B series engines, bodywork repairs,tools needed for the workshop and a buying guide if you are new to the world of classics. Well worth the money

I'm not sure that I love it but my husband certainly does and spends many hours reading and re-reading it!.

This book is of no practical value for any restoration task. The material presented is very superficial. It appears to be the combination of several magazine articles on restoration rather than a workshop manual. For instance, chrome plating, a major task with any restoration, only rates a couple of sentances of text, concluding with the advice that you should have some one do it for you. Ditto zinc plating. The author does devote five pages to putting a radio in your classic.... Save your money.

This book takes you back to the old cars when you could work on them yourself. Great information and good list for picking and buying a car.

I enjoyed this book as it was a vry helpful guide to retoring cars. There are plenty of photos and tips to help put you in the right direction.
