Immediate impression of this tool is of a high quality, solid material build. It arrived packaged nicely in a plain box. Since our winter weather has been uncooperative, I tried it out with my DSLR on an indoor chin-up bar. Super solid and works well with a tight grip I was impressed could hold at any angle. Installation was quick and self explanatory, with the aid of the included hex key. I do wish there was a way to do away with the need for a key because I expect to lose it on a trail somewhere, but at least that part is easy to replace. Perhaps I’ll try a dap of metal glue on the clamp end of the bolt. For now I’ve popped the conveniently travel sized clamp and hex key into a small slot of my travel camera case, ready for better weather to let us have a field test.

Has spots to attach lots off different equipment. The clamp is strong and secure. Twisting the turn key is easy and smooth. It feels good in the hand. It looks good. Works great for everything I've used it for.
