Bought these to replace multiple broken plastic straps that originally with my badge holder; these were the smallest pack of well-rated ones I could find. So far, so good!While the plastic seems a bit on the thin side, it also seems tougher since it hasn't been prone so far to the deformation that led to my previous ones breaking.

It fits through the slot of the mouthpiece of my cell phone case so I can attach a lanyard hanging from my belt just short of the floor so it doesn't hit the floor when I drop it. It also keep anyone from snatching it and running away with it.

Had an old badge holder and the plastic strap wore out.Many of the replacement straps on Amazon had fairly poor reviews, snaps that fell out, and extremely thin plastic.These appear to be well built, snaps tight, and the plastic strap is as thick as the original.Seems to be well built.

I needed a new badge holder strap because my old one that was given to me at work tore at the plastic section (which is common on my previous badge straps). The feel of this Amazon product is similar. I have only been using this product for 2 weeks. The biggest difference between my old work straps and this Amazon strap is that this product is hold super strong (e.g., the clamp holds tightly); this is a good thing for me because I don't feel worried that the clamp goes undone while I'm moving around and then falls off with my badge attached; this might be bad for others because it takes a little effort to unclamp the strap if you constantly clamp and unclamp it throughout the day. As for the price, it probably would be cheaper if you could find the same product in stores.

I use a proximity card at work all day. In and out of multiple doors. I guess the holder straps can only take so much of the abuse I subject them to and fail. How do they fail? Either the plastic at the fold gives out and breaks or the snap gets loose and the prox card could fall off.I use a retractable prox card holder on a lanyard. The first 30 minutes of work will have me badging in at least 5 doors. I typically grab the card and pull it to the card reader. When access is granted I just let it go and it snaps back in place. That is probably harder on the snap doing it that way for 8.5 hours a day, 5 days a week. But that's the way I have been doing it for years; not gonna change my rough and tumble ways.Long and short of it, I damage the plastic badge holder straps and snaps and this allows me to replace them easily and get back to being hard on that little piece of plastic. I bought a package of 25. If I replace the plastic straps once a quarter, I will be buying more in 6 years...What a boring review.

I'm a volunteer at a local Elementary school. I was asked to make ID badges for the volunteers to wear while at school. I selected this style slip because the lanyards the school uses have J-hooks for attaching to the badge. This style clip allows the J-hook to snap through the hole at the end of the clip strap and yield a perfectly compact and slim attachment. These are perfect for their intended use.

I needed one single badge holder to swap out for a clip style one on an existing lanyard. I like the lanyard and didn't want to replace it entirely when I could just replace one piece. Apparently it's hard to find packs of any amount less than 50 on amazon, and I only needed 1, and didn't want to be wasteful and order a huge amount. Didn't care about the price and you could get more for the same price, but I didn't need 50+ for 1 lanyard. Ordered this pack and will find a use for other 9 pieces or will donate to goodwill. Opened the ring on my lanyard with pliers and swapped out for this snap and it fit right in.

I have been ordering these for a few months now (sometimes the 25pk, sometimes the 100pk) and unfortunately I feel like I’m lucky if I’m able to use more than half the pack. Half are good, the snaps are good and strong, but the other half, the snaps pull apart so easily, I won’t use them. It’s a shame because they are this is the only place I have been able to find to just this snap part of a badge reel so I keep buying them knowing I won’t be able to use the whole bag, but I need them so I’m stuck.
