This is a great phone system. I love the "call screening" feature; it has blocked innumerable spam and telemarketer calls. When one does get through, all we have to do is add that number to the call block feature, and voila! we never hear from that telemarketer again. Best system we've ever had! Our old phone was able to block 150 numbers, which was not nearly enough. This one is able to block about 1500, but we don't need to actually list all of them because of the call screening feature. You can't go wrong with this phone system if you want to block unwanted callers.

Straightforward to set up an use. In use for 18 months, so far no problems. Just once one handset lost contact with base, fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting battery. Sound is fine. Easy to use buttons. Large number of directory entries (1000). Good price comparatively.Some minor areas of improvement:1. Info given by machine re: messages (e.g. "you have x number of messages") too loud (male voice), cannot be turned down or off2. Handsets do not sit securely in their cradle, can be easily knocked over3. To indicate new messages there's just one solid small red light on base, nothing on handsets

My neighbor got this and loved it so I decided to give it a try. I have been fighting Robocalls and telemarketers for years. I have been on the Federal Do-Not-Call list since it was started and it's had little effect on this nuisance. I'm not giving up, I've just found a way to get an upper hand in the fight.Setup is pretty easy but the options can be a little confusing. The printed guide really helps if you take the time to look at the call blocking options. I chose to just block Robocalls which will allow people to get through if they want to. Once set up, it really works.One thing I was dreading was adding my contacts to the "Allow" list. This model has a bluetooth option that will connect to your mobile phone and import ALL your contacts for you. It works SLICK! But consider removing contacts that you don't use anymore or you may have to delete them after the import. It seems to import ALL the numbers under a single name and you may not want two entries and phone numbers for the same person.This was my first day with the system and I highly recommend it. This was a direct replacement for our old At & T phones which finally said no more. No back ground noise ,good spewach clarity and newer features then our old system (Call blocking!).

The phone is generally OK, but I am frustrated by the difficulty of creating or editing directory entries. I had previously had another brand, but otherwise identical phone, and creating and editing directory entries on that one was very easy compared to this phone.

I bought this telephone set because it included smart call blocking and we had become swamped with 50 or more robo-calls per day. This telephone set IMMEDIATELY did the job fully to my satisfaction. I can now actually see on the screen robo-calls appear and then be evaluated and blocked, without the telephone ever ringing and disturbing us. Robo-calls now NEVER get through and we have peace and quiet. Legitimate calls come through fine. This telephone set was easy to set up, included good instructions, and is a very good value. It includes TWO additional wireless phones so our entire house is fully covered.

I really like the ability to block Robo calls and how the system announces who’s calling so you don’t have to run over to the phone to check the caller ID. I had an old version of this AT&T system since 2013. The old system still works but the batteries don’t hold a charge like they use to and I wanted the additional features of the new system. The speakers on these hand sets have a little raspiness to them compared to the old handsets. However, I like the larger illuminated buttons and larger LED screen. Real happy with the ability to block robo calls. The new system is a little more complicated to set up and program but very much worth the effort. You can actually use the default set up right out of the box if you so choose.
