Some might balk about this product being made in India, but some generic prescription medications you might take may originate there. Geri-Care is based in Lakewood, New Jersey.The price is about the same as Walmart's Equate brand, and $3 more than Costco's Kirkland as I write this review. I substituted this brand for my usual brand and can't tell the difference. It's still controlling my acid reflux. I just wish they'd be forthcoming in the product info about where it's made. I prefer to stick with health products that are made in the USA for safety reasons. That said, I didn't have any adverse effects and it still got the job done. Seems like a good value as well.
