No the top does not move. Only a slight unmovable permanent slant.

Q: What does the ANS key do?

The Ans key allows you to retrieve the very last number you had in your calculator. As an example, if you added a large column of numbers, got an answer and then deleted it, you can retrieve that number by pushing the Ans key then the equal sign. It's pretty handy.

Q: How big are the keys? I like the large display, but I needs to be able to see the buttons and easily push them. I have bad vision!

This is a pocket size calculator so the keys aren't very large. I wear glasses and an able to see the keys clearly but not knowing how good your vision is I'm not able to give you a definitive answer on whether this would work for you. You might be better off with a larger model. Hope this helps.
