WheelGuard 1109 Zinc Finish, Open-end Acorn Bulge Lug Nuts (M14x1.5 (4 Nuts))

First, these are machined crooked. By that, I mean the threads and the hex head aren’t aligned. When putting them on/off with an impact, they make the wrench wobble around as if they were cross threaded (I hand thread everything to start so I don’t cross-thread).Second, while they have the acorn shape, the acorn isn’t nearly big enough. They almost go entirely through the wheel for my truck, even though they claim to fit. I’ll try to upload some pictures later.

These worked excellent on my ford 9" rear end. I had to buy different sized lug nuts as this was in my 1972 Nova with LS swap engine and they are larger and stronger sized studs than the factory Chevy stuff. Compared to the local parts store, these are much more trustworthy and would not work well if you need a thin wall socket for your type of wheel. I used these on a set of cheap Jegs/Summit barts knock off wheels that had a fully open-face design and did not require hub-centric mounting.

Good lug nuts. I used them for my aftermarket rims with wheel cover. These are small enough to have the cover on the rim.

I purchased these when I was attempting to find some new lug nuts to fit my 2002 Ford Escape. These were the closest ones I could find to what I was looking for at the time and they do the job just fine. The only thing that I didn’t realize at the time is that these are a little smaller than the original ones so I couldn’t put the lug nut cover back over these. But overall they do their job, they just weren’t the exact ones that I needed.

They are all the same and they went on my wheel studs exactly as I had hoped, the bevel on the tire side was sufficiently wide for the aluminum rims. (Unlike the only set from the local car parts stores that barely stock a complete set where the bevel is only wide enough for steel rims.)

These lugnuts are heavy, which to me means they are quality made. The fit perfectly on my 2014 Ford Focus. I actually like the look of the open center compared to the factory lugnuts with the garbage "shell" on them that warp.

Purchased these for my 2010 Dodge Grand Caraven, and they seem to be doing the job just fine. Purchased them so that I could get the original factory lug over hubcap configuration resolved so I can purchase much cheaper hubcaps.
