Poor quality, arrived damaged
The media could not be loaded. Not worth the price, low quality, more like a hard pool noodle than a foam roller. Seller does not accept returns, and item arrived damaged due to the way it was packaged.

Low density, warped packaging style foam. Not recommended
So pros: it seems to be the only seller for this particular size. If you are just going to roll over it then it would be acceptableHowever cons: The foam is not sturdy at all. I wanted to lie on this along my spine but it doesnt offer the proper supportThe lack of sturdyness means the foam intself isnt even straight. Its slightly curved, impacting on it performanceHonestly it just looks crap. Its so obviously a cheap product. I have barely used it and as soon as I can find a better model in this size I will replaceObviously if you are desperate for this size then get it. However do not expect to be able to do every exercise you would expect on a normal high quality roller

This product is NOT sturdy enough for Physio Use. Beware of Amazon Returns Policy
The Foam Roller was out of shape (bent) when delivered. The foam is lightweight (195 grams) and had been bent before we received the item. See photo white roller is from Amazon & Blue Roller (770 grams) is suitable for Pilates (for comparison). The Amazon Returns Policy does NOT ALLOW us to return "Health Products" despite the fact we have not used the item AND it was DEFECTIVE ON DELIVERY!!
