This is excellent valerian root. The capsules are easy to swallow. There is no bad taste. The quality is very good. One puts my wife to sleep quickly. I take two and fall asleep in 30 minutes. I've been using this brand for 5 years and am happy with it. Highly recommended.

I really like this product. It helps me relax and fall asleep. I only need to take one capsule right now and that is enough to get the needed effect. Now, I just wish my two teenage sons would get to bed on time so we can all get a restful night sleep. I think I will offer this product to my boys to see if it helps them, too.

I like using these supplements to go to sleep every night. I like that they are easy to take, that they work, and the bottle is so amazingly large and packed pretty nicely. I appreciate having these.

I bought this in hopes to get better sleep at night, without any results. I've been taking it for a few weeks now and haven't noticed a change as I write this at 3:47am. I think sleep is a thing of the past for me these days. Some people talk about the smell of the capsules, but I haven't noticed a smell or taste, even when added to my daily medication holder. I'll finish the bottle, but prolly won't buy again.
