This tull is made with 3 different color polyester tuls, an elastic band, and white foam stars. Only colors used are red, white, and blue symbolizing the American Flag. The waist length is 9” from one side of the elastic band to the other (16” all around), with a stretch pull of 14”. This tul causes no harm to your baby’s health. No irritation to child’s skin and has been already tested on several baby girls of different ages. Good for infants of 8 months through 3 years of age.
