Easy to use. Durable enough for everyday use. Great tool for all your heat seeking needs.

Great for the price. Good accuracy. Sometimes the software slows down and it lags, but not enough to really stop it being usable. Didn't have the same lag from Flir brand but this is significantly less money when I bought it.

with this you can find all the cold drafty spots around doors windows and find out what electrical brakers are running hot perfect for any Maintenace worker or home owner. down side no case just the foam in the box

The item is nicely enough packed and looks and feels sturdy to the touch. It does take a significant amount of time (compared to other units) to boot and be ready to use. The screen recalibration is so frequent it makes the device a real headache to use.Another item of note... It does come with a memory card. One thing that makes me suspicious of a product is including a counterfeit Kingston memory card. I am returning and ordering another. See if this is defective, but I doubt it.
