True story, i got hurt at work pulled a muscle in my lower back , right side. Previously had sciatica and I was bed prone for a week, then I ordered this belt and started moving around and pain went away and got back to work. 1000000% recommended

This has a much larger "brace" than most brands so it offers better support. However that brace is not rigid so the amount of support is limited. I'm 6' 2" 250 lbs and while the brace fits, it's not as supporting as another brad with metal stays to prevent bending. I'll save it as a back-up.

Brace only worked for about a week to 20 days. The Velcro started opening by itself if there was any movement like bending which is why you would wear a brace. The Velcro barely sticks to each other. Falls off. Waste of money which I hope to retrieve!

This is back support brace is so affordable yet does the job or much more expensive back supports. It really helps relieve back pain and strain.

I’m 69 years old and my back is falling apart! This back brace is one of the best that I’ve tried! It puts support where it needs to be and washes up very well! Just hang it up to dry and it goes right back to it’s shape!!!
