ProsWell made and arrived in pristine condition (as in no broken straps, no tears and no dirty marks)- tick.Fits King Size as expected - tick.Adds softness, which is what I wanted - tick.Was a reasonable price - tick.Delivered promptly - tick.Cons - only 1 and this could be disappointing for peopleNot 10cm thick (that is the size I ordered) - got the measuring tape out to check! About 6cm in reality. The photo makes the item look really thick and what I got just isn't the same, so a bit of false advertising, tsk, tsk. If they advertised it as 6cm or 7cm then this would be a 5 star review. Can't be bothered to return it and quibble.Word to the wiseMy standard King Size flat sheet doesn't fit now this topper is on the bed, so will try a Super King size instead. Not anything to do with the item, just something to consider if you buy one and want your sheet to properly tuck under the mattress.

Soft and comfortable.
Although upon first opening the pack and seeing that this mattress topper appeared to not be very thick, I am pleasantly surprised. It is soft, comfortable, very well padded and fits the bed perfectly.

Fantastic product
After struggling getting to sleep for some time I tried this mattress topper and I have not regretted it once. So comfy and has helped improve my sleep pattern. Highly recommend this product.

Not as thick as expected
I ordered this as it was supposed to be much thicker than other mattress toppers available- however the depth is the same as any others on the market.Having said that it has made a big difference to the comfort of my bed - and I would recommend it.It is easy to fit to the mattress, and my sleep is better for it. Much better value for money than a new mattress!
