Defintley has a effect on energy and the visceral fat around your organs. I reccomend it for all, but mainly for those already around 10% body fat and looking to cut up a tad more.

Nasty flavor
I can not really rate this on what I want this capsule to do because it is too soon to notice any results. But I did want to say that the capsules are rather large and even when I swallow one and drink a great deal of water for the next hour and a half you will belch up the nastiness of the CLA. It is almost as bad as fishoil capsules! I will continue to take these for a month too see if I get any results that I am expecting????
