This works very well and seems to be sturdy and hard-wearing. Please note that it can only be locked when the combination is set (unlike some combination locks). You cannot move the dials while the lock is open. By preference I like to open a lock and then immediately move the dials. That way nobody can look at the numbers and get the code. This is not possible with this lock so it generally hangs on the gate set to the code.

This is a well made and useful lock, good value for the money. The provision for opening in the dark is useful. There is just one thing that I have found needs watching. I use this for my bicycle and leave it on the bike when out of use. For convenient opening I leave it with just one figure off the combination. Under these conditions it is possible for joggling of the hasp to move that number a little and for the lock to fall open. The numbers need thorough scrambling for proper security.

Good heavy lock for shed door. Easy to use dials. Would have given 5 stars, but the top part of the lock became very rusty quickly, which I wasn't expecting, despite spraying with WD40 regularly.

Excellent lock. Would definitely buy it again.Very strong, large numbes and a substantial replacement for the older, less sturdy lock.

Nice lock easy to use don't know what it's like after the winter months not had long.
