I love the light weight of this case. With my arthritic hands, using a standard weight case is unbearable! Maybe not the sturdiest case in the long run, but I only take my viola out of the house for lessons and orchestra. Nice backpack feature for students.Full size music pocket on top, room for shoulder rest inside. Holds 2 bows.No room for tuner, rosin or even a pencil inside but these easily fit in the music pocket along with my music.Good value for the money; good case for students carrying instrument to school, good for those with difficulty carrying average-weight cases.

Vio Music Professional Triangular Shape Super Light Suspension Violin/Viola Hard Case (16.5" Viola) Case came a day late; when received a button had already come off just by taking the case out of the packaging but I was able to put it back on even though it wasn't as secure as the other button. Worried about the handle holders, as they are plastic and even look cheap. When I put my 16.5 in viola in the case, it barely fit. The manufacturer obviously didn't think through the design of the case as there is a thick cloth glued to the case that is supposed to hold the case up because they made the neck too high. When i close the case, the bridge touches the top of it and barely closes. To make matters worse, the handle feels extremely flimsy. I don't feel safe carrying my viola in this case. If my viola becomes damaged because of this case I will take matters into my own hand and email Amazon. There's no space for tuner/humidifier inside this case so if you store those inside your case, don't order this unless you want to carry them around. This has taught me to never buy cases from Amazon, no matter how good quality they appear. NO INSTRUMENT BLANKET INCLUDED. I have a cheaper case that is $29.99 and the quality is much better. BECAUSE I BOUGHT IT FROM A MUSIC STORE. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Nice case, fits well. Feels a little cheap, but serves the purpose. Not very padded on the inside, but definitely a decent case that will protect your instrument for day to day transportation.

Very nice, spacious, you carry it around like a backpack or like a briefcase.

Viola fits. One shoulder strap broke already. The viola bow keeps shifting out of place.

Terrible. Handle broke in one month. Impossible to fix

There are good things about this case. The weight is good, it fits a full-size violin with accessories and shoulder rest very well, and the backpack straps are strong. There are also bad things about this case. The handle on my daughter's broke and fell off after 2 months of use. I wouldn't recommend it.
