HOLDS A LOT - Not too big - Not too small
PROS:HOLDS A LOT for it's size - Not too big, not too small (See photos). Should fit nicely in the narrower rear middle seat or between child seats.Construction and sturdiness of the materials seem more than adequate for the inexpensive price.Wide flap on the back with Velcro to connect to a seatbelt.The 4 interior pockets are made with a sturdy material, but a bit shallow - I'm not sure if they will hold a x-large soda cup. Exterior elastic netting around the outside and interior zippered pocket.The front two pockets will hold 12oz. soda cans and sport drink bottles, and tall-narrow 16-20 oz. containers.No internal dividers - at least one would have been a bonus.CONS: Strong chemical odor - Hopefully it will dissipate in the short term.

Great trunk storage.
This is a great bag for my trunk. Not too big not too small. It has just enough pockets for all the misc stuff I need to carry.I can still carry golf bag and cart with this trunk organizer.

Nasty Petrolium Smell
I returned this item as it had a very nasty petrol smell, which would not go away. It also felt greasy. Stank up my cuv. Returned.
