ITE-DBS NANOSYNC Range Extender Antenna for DJI MAVIC PRO/PLATINUM OCUSYNC STRONG SIGNAL - PIECE OF MIND WHEN YOU ARE FLYING YOUR DRONE

I bought this antenna a couple weeks ago and am very happy with it. It has greatly improved the distance of my mavic Pro. I live in a very highly congested area with lots of interference so without the antenna I would be able to go about a half a mile, and now with this antenna I can go almost 2 miles. I highly recommend this product and was pretty easy to install

I have seen very good reviews with this device. But, I just spent $100 with Amazon. I have DJI Mavic Pro Platinum. But, I don't know how to install. ABSOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTIONS CAME WITH THIS DEVICE. And it wasn't sealed. It appears that the box was open. I'm a little skeptical and I'm thinking about returning it and finding the other supplier.

Works amazing no matter how far in fly out I never lose signal

This took me as far as the battery would go. After installing this mod I would say your limiting factors on drone flight would be weather and interference experienced by the aircraft. The install was easy if you have a good electronics repair kit like the ifix it ones. You'll also want to perform the 1.5w boost to tx power mod, Google it.

After doing the controller modification (very intensive and best left for someone with skill and some experience) I found that the range was not better than the stock Mavic antennas, and even seemed poorer for video reception. The only good thing about this kit is that after doing the controller modifications I now have SMA connectors on the outside of my controller so that I can try other antenna types.I really wished that it had held up to the claims, but for the money I honestly got better range with stock antennas using add-on parabolic antenna reflectors (around $10). Sorry guys, but that's my take on it.
