we decided this was the best for value and performance
Having read the reviews on this item and looked at others to purchase, we decided this was the best for value and performance. We were not disappointed either. A well made sturdy telescope, with a neat bag and attachments for connecting to an iPhone. The viewing capability is really good with very clear well sighted images. Thrilled with this and a bargain compared to others on the market.

Not suitable for my required purposes
I was interested in the photography aspect of this product. I had no difficulty attaching my phone to the monocular. One did have to be careful though to make sure the phone was being held as well as the monocular as the mounting cup wasn't very secure. I could not get a decent photograph though. They were small round and distorted. For this reason, I phoned Amazon and they agreed to give me a full refund.I cannot fault Amazon on the way they handled by complaint.

Great for walks
Feels robust , easy to focus .Lenses only really sharp in the middle third .... but what do you expect for the money . Very Good if you’re not after state of the art.

Difficult to use successfully
Bit of a footer to clamp, line-up and get a photo. maybe ok for use when one has plenty of time to spend lining up and resting on tripod etc. I've had several unsuccessful attempts at using this and was frankly disappointed. It needs a lot of time to study how best to use this. Not particularly happy with this purchase at all. Solid construction but not easy to hold or use.
