Very solid and perfect for combining the weight stacks together on a functional trainer

This is a great bang for the buck pulley accessory, it's very beefy and seems strong under working (hobbiest) loads and has endless adjustability. I love that both roes of holes on the top and bottom are all usable, so this works just as well on a lat pull down as it does on a functional trainer, or double pully system (like on the Rep Aries, etc.). That said, the finish is garbage, even after just one time attaching a carabiner, the finish is worn off, but at $50 something has to give. Also know this will add a lot of length between you and your cable (as other reviews have mentioned) so make sure you can accommodate for at least 2 or 3 carabiners worth of distance in your setup. That said, the included hardware works great, and the swivel pieces are all but mandatory for subordinated or pronated grips with D rings, so again that adds and additional inch of distance if you want to take advantage of those options.Having said all that I really like this bar, it gives you a lot of freedom to experiment with different grips, angles, and widths in your workouts... just expect some rust with the thick mystery metal and really poor finish. This is the bar for people who want to add a the most variety to their workouts for the least money. At very worst, you can approximate a lot of cable attachments with a few d rings and swivels.

This device enables me to combine my 2 cable BowFlex machine to a single cable machine. This allows me to use my single attachment point cable handles. Not shown in the Amazon picture is a rotational piece that allows my row handle to swivel. There were 2 of these in the package. Nice idea.

I really didn't think it was going to be as sturdy as it is, but it's awesome!It allows me to use both stacks on my cable machine so I can lift heavier. Love it.

If you have the proper handles for it this is an excellent piece of equipment. I use D handles and the Grip 90s. It’s an excellent tool to get rid of several other grips (medium, and close grip handles).

Works a treat! Wasn't sure if it would fit but it is perfect. This attachment gives you so many more options with exercises (no need to buy multiple attachments) & allows you to fully utilize the weights available. Delivery was quick, 1 week (US > AUS).Only downside is it seems a bit overpriced just for a laser cut piece of steel & it would be great if it was rounded on the edges or had some rubber or was thicker, as the attachment itself is great to use for exercises, though the sharp corners are hard on the hands.Cheers
