planning with this product was great. where to put contact paper. right opening to make it easier to applyand easier to order through amazon than omnipod.however 2 days after applying , it started to come off. never wet. ironically used clear ones that are difficult to apply but do not come off.. note this product supposed to be water proof.so far omnipod covers work best. .

I product does not work. I had to give it one star because no star is not an option.

Looking for something to keep my device from detaching while on vacation. The cover secured my device while swimming, bath/shower & even the hot tub! I expected it to start peeling away & lasted for the 3 days I needed before I had to change my device. It will take some getting use to with the application process. Just be sure with use you have a backup in case you have reapply it. I found that the adhesive is strong, but of course if you try adjusting it by removing from skin, it will not stick. I highly recommend.

These adhesive patches for the Omnipod five are easy to put on, but get very wet in the shower and they don’t stick as good as they should.

These go on super easy as the backing is thicker than most adhesive patches. It makes it really easy to do one handed as I don't have anyone to help me all the time. It stays on for the 3 days I need it to so I can't say how much longer it would last than that.Update: still loving these! Wish this company would make the same thing for the Dexcom G6 😔 I can't find any that are so easy to put on one handed.

I've been an Omnipod 5 and Dash user for several years. The standard Omnipod adhesive usually works fine for me (I almost always wear them for the full 3 day + 8 hour duration). However, during warmer days when playing pickleball I have often found the adhesive isn't sufficient and my pod will come partially or completely off. These overpatches mostly solve the problem. They fit well, are easy to apply, and definitely provide more security. I have no sensitivity to the adhesive (which is clear and somewhat similar to Tegaderm). I did have one incident where in spite of the overpatch my pod simply fell off. It was a warm day and I was sweating a fair amount, but this event means I will use a different overpatch on days where I think maximum security will be needed.

Purchase the omnipod patches for securing the device and it holds well.
