You can't beat normal porridge, but this is quicker to make and truly gluten free.Rolled oats are meant to be naturally gluten free, but they sometimes upset our stomach. We have no issues with this product though.Be aware it is a very plain porridge though, so it's great as a base on which to add extra flavours on top. Whether it's simply honey or jam, cinnamon, bananas, berries, even some nuts will work.I put it in the microwave for 1.5 minutes and it was watery, which is fine if you like it that way, I found the extra minute is required to get it to thicken.If you don't have time tor don't want to put the extras on top, I'd recommend the: Quaker Oat So Simple Golden Syrup Porridge. That's delicious.
