Expensive, but convenient, and it works!
The only stuff that keeps me regular. I buy the packets when I have a vacation coming up because they're convenient, but they're WAY more expensive than buying it by the bottle.

Could be easier
I opted for the packets to just put in my water bottles, but the large design, no matter how small of an area I cut off, still makes for a messy pour. Would love for the packets to look like a liquid IV
