Very durable
I managed to get 16 holes done on grade 4 20mm porcelain outdoor tiles. The drill bit still looks like it has some life left into it! I followed the instructions and started at 45 degrees then slowly raised to 90 degrees. I drilled using a circular movement as shown on the video and stopped every 20-30 and dipped the drill bit into water to cool it off. Using the circular movement helped massively but be aware that the hole will end up slightly bigger.

Self cooling ,self sharpening.needs only cooling with water if drilling multiple holes.
Used for drilling 6mm holes in porcelain tiles. I've drilled 15 holes in porcelain tiles with this one bit and it's still going strong.if your in the bathroom tiling industry,then purchase this drill bit and make the job easier and quicker.

For hard tiles.
Bought this for some really hard tiles where normal drill bits failed. Have to say it was brilliant, did 4 x 6mm holes in few minutes, just slightly angle bit when you start to drill so that a hole begins to firm, then steady go through. Worth every penny.

Very disappointed
I bought this drill bit to drill some holes in porcelain tiles to fix a shower valve and shower screen.I've had experience drilling porcelain tiles before, know they can be a problem so thought I would buy myself a decent drill to do the job. I looked at various options and rejected most of them as they required water cooling - this one seemed ideal.The first hole went very well, but it was all downhill from there - by the time it got to the 6th hole the drill bit was burnt out!!!Very disappointing for such an expensive bit
