Does what it promises
The lock came nearly fully charged and was fairly easy to set up up (though the directions were not clear on how to tell when charging was complete, I kinda had to wing it). The lock opens on the right side, which is a minor complaint, it's just a little weird since every other lock I've ever used opens on the left. It's also quite a bit bulkier than the standard padlock as well.My biggest issue is with the app you need to make full use of the lock, the app is very poorly designed and slow, and there are some settings that are not explained very well, if at all. Overall the lock feels very sturdy and well made and it does work well doing exactly as it promises, though it's slower to unlock than you'd think but still about the same speed as the traditional lock and key style lock. What it lacks in speed, it makes up for in convenience. I have yet to have any issues with the fingerprint reader, so here's hoping that this thing lasts me a very long time. $40 is pricey for a padlock.

Awesome little lock
This thing works great, registered two fingerprints and it opens quickly. The app is a little wonky, but works well enough and you don’t need it unless you want to register more fingerprints. Battery life seems to be good too.No idea how robust it is or what kind of attacks it would withstand, but it keeps my young kids out of what they shouldn't be in.

Stopped working within a month
Worked for about a week. Didn’t take long before 2nd person’s fingerprint stopped working and now completely dead a non responsive. I recommend getting another lock.

USB-C BioMetric Locker Lock
This item is awesome! For anyone who does not want to carry a key or remember a code...this is the product for you. Also charges with USB-C (which is why i bought this one). The app is fantastic and easy to use. up to 20 unique finger prints which is good for use where multiple employees or family members will use this device.
