Love It
Love this drill. The Memphis MX20D144 is the first brushless tool I've owned and definitely think the motor is more than just a marketing ploy. I highly recommend it.Ive been in the market for a cordless drill for some time and decided that if I was going to spend the money, I should get the best and latest. Im really impressed with the power, and torque of this drill.I had been comparing this drill to a number of competitors and and found that it had the best overall value - the best performance specs for the best price. The box included the drill, two 20V lithium ion batteries, battery charger, and carrying case. Here are some of the specs from the box:Voltage: 20V MaxMax RPM: 0-600/0-2000 RPMChuck: Jacobs 1/2” Single Metal SleeveLength / weight: 7.6 in / 3.6 lbs (with batery)Torque: 370 in-lbsClutch settings: 21 + drill mode

It is impossible to find and buy spare batteries
Pros: 1) The tool itself is not bad 2) A battery with a battery indicator.Cons: 1) It is impossible to find and buy spare batteries 2) If you want to buy another tool so that these batteries fit both tools you will not succeed.

Must have drill for any home!
A friend recommended this drill to me and it definitely doesn’t disappoint! I love that this drill is cordless and the battery life is great. It comes with two batteries so you’ll never be left waiting for it to charge (if they do die though, they charge super quick). It’s easy to hold and surprisingly powerful for it’s size. The case that came with it is sturdy and everything fits in it perfectly, this drill is a must have for any home!Ps. Although I haven’t had to use it yet, I made sure that this company has a good battery warranty after a nightmare experience with my last drill. Will update my review if I have to test it out!

Not a great drill
Didn’t even last a year. Was great for drilling or driving in wood. First time I used it to drill a 3/8” hole in a steel pipe the motor burned up. If you’re planning to drill in anything harder than wood, buy something else.Update:::: When I contacted Memphis tools about the drill they sent a new one to replace the one that had broken. This is true customer service. They have even followed up after to make sure everything was working as it should. Thank you Memphis Tools!

Product Support is Absent and Web Site for Memphis Tools does not Exist!
Drill and batteries work as described and appears to be a good value ... however, buyer be warned ... should you need replacement batteries in the future you will not find any information online or at Amazon on where to order them nor does the Memphis Tools web site exist for addressing any support issues with the product. Customer support is completely lacking.

Super Sweet Drill for the Money
Just received this drill on 2/9/19 and wanted to share my impression. You cannot go wrong with this drill. It is extremely difficult to find a 1/2" capacity drill with two 20V rechargeable batteries for under $100. It also comes with a nice hard plastic carry case with handle and the batteries have an indicator that lets you know how much juice is left before it needs recharging - sweet feature. The drill also has a nice 3 year warranty as well.

It's nice having this around for when I need it.
No gripes in terms of quality, appearance & battery life. For someone who needs a drill for the occasional install it's perfect and you don't need to think about battery life. I think if you need a drill for a full time job I'd go for a Milwaukee or Makita. Case looks nice and it's a good $100 purchase.
