Harmony 650 + Plex on Windows
I've been disappointed with Plex on Roku not being able to pass TrueHD and DTS-HD MA directly to my receiver. I already have a PC hooked up to the TV for other reasons, but wondered if I could use an IR receiver with the Plex app. After some trial and error in the Harmony app, I was able to add this receiver to my remote by inputting Microsoft for the brand and MCE for the model. After that, I selected Media Center PC and clicked through the warning box. After synching the remote, I was able to navigate the Plex app without issue. I did go back and tweak a couple buttons to make them more to my liking, but I'm happy with this solution.

Works Great
I bought this because i wanted to control my Nvidea Shield and Roku Express 4K + with a universal IR remote that also controls my other devices, seeing this huge instruction booklet with a lot of writing about all kinds of functions scared me a little, however it's really easy to program it, for my Nvidea Shield press D hold set until it blinks - release - enter 04918 DONE! Works like a charm :)

Works great on my Nvidia Shield Pros
I bought two of these for my Nvidia Shield Pros (2017 and 2019 versions) and they work great with the Interset universal remote. There's a tiny bit of a lag, but it's not terrible. Overall, I'm happy with it.

High expectations - high disappointment
I really wanted this product to permit my Harmony remote to control my Fire TV Stick 4K Max. Unfortunately, it does not work at all. There is virtually no tech support, simply questions and answers on the Inteset web page. Most of the questions involved the same problem as mine which only reinforced my opinion that it does not work in all cases. I programmed my Harmony as an XBOX 360 controller as suggested on the website (there are no instructions) and all it did was make the blue light go on (IR is being received) and hang. Back it goes.

Adds IR remote to Shield TV Pro 2019
I love my Shield TV units. I mostly have focused on the OG 2015 model, as it had a built in IR receiver. I stayed away from 2017 models, as they lacked this feature. When the latest and greatest appeared in 2019, it likewise lacked any IR support. This made me and my Harmony remotes sad, as we wanted the newer hardware, but I didn't want to use another remote, a controller, or my phone. I tried Flirc, which works well enough, but I saw and tried this, and it's so much better. I basically was able to use the same remote settings as my Shield 2015s in the Harmony software, and it just works. Menu, Exit, etc... behave exactly the same.Highly recommended for Shield TV owners looking to leverage a Harmony.

Pricey, but I'm actually down to one remote thanks to this
This cost almost as much as the Inteset universal remote, and for that reason it loses a star. You also need a special Y adapter to make it work- bringing it up to the full cost of the remote. Otherwise I've got no complaints. I plugged it in, used the FireTV code on Inteset's website, and it controls my FireTV well enough to use it. Not every button works- for instance, even though there is a "back" button on the universal remote, it doesn't do anything for the FireTV. Also, the play button doesn't work- but it's easily replaced by using the "ok" button. Up, down, left, right, and ok on the Inteset remote work perfectly, including entering the parental control pin. It's totally usable for every day viewing.

Kinda works somewhat
I bought this to enable a Firestick to support an IR remote. The first setup I got did not work at all. I bought another Y cable and it works somewhat. The challenge is the solution is slow to the point of being largely useless. So this is essentially a fail. I'll play with it some more, but I'm very disappointed. The support for Inteset is non-existent. Buy all this and you are on your own.

Works with Firestick 4K Max, but unreliable
I got this for a Firestick 4K Max, and it generally works. I tried an RCA RCRP05 with an upgrade code, and an ONN 6-device (rebadged URC-3660) which has the 2049 code built-in. On both, the arrow keys intermittently skip rapidly as if I am holding it down. The recommended Inteset remote is also a rebadged URC series remote.I can also add that the EXIT key (same as the back arrow on Fire TV remote) does not always work properly with some apps. On the Tablo app, you cannot get out of a video without forcing an exit to the Fire TV home screen.
