HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Absolutely worth the money! I use these for weed eating. Not one cut from goat heads, everything bounces right off the guards, fully protecting the shin and calf area as the guard wraps all the way around with velcro+clips. As a bonus the guards also cover the front of the shoe and have straps that hook around bottom of shoe to secure guard stays in place. Brilliant design.Great job, boys!

First look good, practical look okay.
When I first opened the package, I was impressed with the gaiters. However, I was not as impressed upon closer inspection and after putting them on.The gaiters' rigidity first caught my eye. As I pulled them out of the plastic bag, one of the first things I noticed was that the buckles were plastic. I'd much prefer the durability of metal. Then I put them on and saw that the protection wasn't around the circumference of your leg. One lucky (or unlucky) strike from a snake, and if the area without the plastic can't suppress the snake's fangs, the gaiters didn't do a thing for you. I'll keep my snake boots and let my guests use the gaiters. Someone with a clear head needs to be around to render first aid.
