Fits perfectly in my wallet and tracking feature works well!

Really looked forward to this since I had lost my previously wallet and saw this might be solution. It worked well for the first 2 days, but after that, it was only tracking my wallet half the time, and wouldn’t connect even if my phone was literally laying on top of it. A week after that, it just stopped connecting to my phone altogether.Overall, I got 2 good days of functionality, but after that, it didn’t work at all as intended and wouldn’t have helped me at all if my wallet was misplaced. Big waste of money. If you care enough, just bite the bullet and find someway to fit an AirTag in your wallet.

This product seemed like it had lots of promise, however, I purchased January 20, 2025, and by February 28, 2025, it was dead - I am sad that I didn’t notice it was dead within the 30 day return window -Will not be buying another.

Very convenient. Card size avoids wallet getting bulkier

My initial thought of this card was, I loved it! It is slim and disappears into my wallet and connected seamlessly to Apple's Find My app. That was a huge plus for me. Now, 3 months later, it's a different story.Around the 2.5-month mark, Find My sends me an alert that the battery in the card was severely low, then it disconnected. Way less than the "6 months on one charge" in the description. I was on the road so there was nothing I could do. After charging it when I got back, it took about 20 mins to locate, then the beeping started.Now, it will beep randomly everyday as if it is trying to reconnect itself. Ekster's support is only helpful if you purchased through them. Their website claims:"If you have purchased a wallet from a third party, such as Amazon, Touch of Modern, Huckberry or others, your wallet is still covered under our 24 Month Warranty. However, the relevant third party will handle the replacement, so please reach out to them directly."However, if you pass the return window (1 month? from any of these sites, they redirect you to Ekster. This has the potential to be a great product, but I will not be ordering again.

This is the second one I’ve ordered from Ekster. It constantly disconnects and starts beeping randomly. For context, I had the prior Ekster tracker, the solar powered one, and had zero issues (I only replaced it because it literally got crushed). After returning this one, I will be ordering that one instead again. I don’t think the apple tracker app works well with Ekster’s hardware. The Chipolo app is much more reliable, I never had disconnecting problems with that one.
