This paella catering set comprises a paella pan, gas burner, tripod stand and paella skimming spoon. The 100cm polished steel paella pan is large enough for 55-60 main course servings or 85 taster portions. Suitable for use with gas or on an open fire. Thin, but rigid, durable steel which conducts heat quickly, the bottom of the pan is dimpled to spread heat evenly. The 70cm 4 ring professional gas burner is suitable for use with Butane or Propane and have a flame failure cut-off device on each ring (thermocouple safety valve). CE certified, this burner can be used inside and outside. The four rings are controlled by three knobs that control 2 inner, the middle and outer ring independently providing full temperature regulation. A reinforced tripod stand provides a stable and secure platform for the burner. Completing this comprehensive catering set is a 65cm stainless steel paella spoon with wooden handle.
