DONT BUY unless you want to clean filter daily.
Disgusting product. Just raggedly and loose. I placed in my pond and most just disintegrated into little clumps, some went to the bottom, some floated around the top. So many little pieces, it's been difficult to remove and discard. We've been cleaning out our filter every day for the last month. It's all turned into a big slimy mess.Cannot take any photos because these slimy little pieces have made our water green and are free floating throughout and many are piling down at the bottom getting more slimy as they rot away. Company wants me to return them to get credit. Many have been cleaned from the filter and discarded. I would have to drain the pool and start scraping/vacuuming off the bottom, package these slimy little lumps of whatever I was sent and return. An impossible task for me. My pond guy doesn't recommend now because pond was cleaned and drained this spring. I have Koi Fry out and about. Draining pond would likely kill the Fry. They are too small and hide too well to try and scoop up in a net. Spent $20 and now I have to clean filters every day. If I miss a day, filters will clog up and damage the motors. I skim the pond 3-5 times every day to try and clean this filthy stuff. Looks like small pine needles soaked in jello (but the jello doesn't dissolve).

This is great for catching snails
My goldfish don't like this for spawning if given another choice but they are great for catching snails. I put it in the pond and the next day the ramshorn snails are embedded in the fibers where I can easily pick them off. I have nearly eliminated the snails in my pond.
