Fast setup, great speed improvement over mesh to out building
I have an out building on my property that's roughly 40 ft from the house. This building has metal faced insulation, so wireless signals don't penetrate well. I was using (unsuccessfully) a mesh wifi system to try to get internet in there, but it would only get from 5-50Mb/s speeds (this gave difficulty when trying to be on video calls). I just installed this (EAP-211) to connect the mesh base in the building to the house network and now can see speeds of 480-640MB/s testing with iperf3 to a server in the house. It's not as fast as the gigabit ethernet in the house, but FAR better than what was in place. I've only had it installed about 30 minutes, so I'll update later after more time with the system, but so far I'm VERY happy with this.

Perfect for getting internet to outbuilding.
Fast to set up, workers perfect with an active to passive poe adapter from a poe switch. This setup allows one cable between the bridge and switch. Signal strength is max going from one building to another 80 feet away, and this is indoor to indoor. Reliability has been rock solid, no complaints. I am not using the wifi but it seems like it would be good as an AP at the remote location.

Just what we needed
These are great! We have a detached shop that's about 300ft away from our house but didn't want to go through the hassle of digging a trench, burying a conduit and making sure we stayed away from the power lines. Setup was easy and they have been working flawlessly for several months, Throughput is great as well.

From package to production, smoothly
I put them up without connecting to configure. They simply worked! After dismal performance of TP- Link's CPE gear, this was a refreshing experience. Tested speed was about 800 Mbps over a half mile. Signal level was acceptable even during heavy rain.

Works great to get internet far away into our metal building!
Wow this thing is powerful. We didn’t test out the .6 of a mile but it did allow us to get internet inside a metal building about 300 ft away, which made everyone thrilled as the work we were doing had us in there 24/7 for two weeks. Set up was easy, just make sure you start close to your source point before moving away. The signal was strong and allowed us to have the full coverage the receiving router provided.

Instant wireless bridge
I had an old set of a different manufactures wireless bridge to connect my garage to the house. It is about 150 feet. They connect fine, and the indicator shows good signal strength. Install was easy, I think I had them up and running a 30 minutes or so. I have more latency in the garage and in the house, where the internet comes in, else I would have given 5 stars. I am generally able to stream and do teams calls in the garage, so they are getting the job done.

I can confirm it works 1km really working
Tested these to about 1km with trees and buildings in between and this had 3 bars. It works great don’t see any noticeable speed issues but this is being use just enabled network access in the field between to computers with a shared network drive. It suppose to support up to 4/5 clients I think would be ordering another one to test out. Note these is a master and slave relationship with these to make sure the main/master is connected to the main router

Too Easy
I always have apprehension about high tech installs like this because when it doesn’t work, I’m in unknown territory. So after setting it up in my living room, following the directions provided, and waiting a few nervous moments, I had green lights all around. I went ahead and installed it properly and it works perfectly. 170 feet between house and barn with no speed loss. Also I didn’t have to mess with settings because these units are already paired. Basically plug and play.
