Perfect for brioche buns
These do the job perfectly, the only thing I would advise though is to handwash in soapy water only and not put through the dishwasher as the dishwashers scouring action will scratch the smooth surface and make it harder to remove soft fluffy brioche

Product can also be used to make a chocolate mould and then fill it up I’ve also used it with pastry
Very Sturdy product, easy to use dishwasher safe because it’s so sturdy it can be used in the oven for cakes
