Takes some experimenting but this definitely goes with orange peel to make for a nice Manhattan. Looking forward to trying other cocktails with this.

Awful, awful taste compared to other brands. Avoid this. Also, be aware that it's non-returnable.
Do not buy this. Don't be fooled by the fact that this is the lowest-priced cocoa bitters by volume on Amazon. Horrendous flavor, and Amazon doesn't allow returns because it is a "regulated good for return transport," which would make sense if it was a "regulated good for customer delivery..." which it is not. (no age check at purchase, and no age confirmation at delivery).Sometimes bitters are described as "medicinal" tasting; this is straight-up "chemical" tasting with almost no cocoa or chocolate flavor, just harshness all around. It will make any drink worse. Based on the other Angostura products being quite good, it's surprising how awful this one is.Get the Woodford Reserve Chocolate Bitters instead. Not quite the same "deal," but it's a significantly better product.
