I ordered this for perimenopause mood swings. I was an absolute mess! I was uninterested and unmotivated in everything, short with my family, crying over everything, angry about everything. It was horrible. I was desperately looking for something that would help without going to my doctor and getting put on a prescription. I'm sure that is coming, but for now, I just needed something that helped. I have been taking this for two weeks.I can say that from THE FIRST capsules I noticed a HUGE change. It was unbelievable. I love to laugh and I hadn't laughed or been able to have a normal conversation with my family in a very long time. I was always nitpicking, scowling, and annoyed by long stupid stories. I had been noticing that I had been having a hard time driving in traffic at high speeds with people darting in and out, which was a new issue. I was anxious and felt like my response time had diminished. I don't feel like that at all now. I feel like a normal confident driver. I'm not worried or scared. The energy is consistent, not like caffeine which is great for a few hours. This is all day. I'm alert and focused all day. There is no crash in the afternoon and there is no jittery over caffeinated feel. The bottle also says it helps with sleep and relaxation. I have always been a great sleeper. I haven't noticed a difference there, but I wasn't having an issue before.I did tell my doctor I was taking this and that I really loved it. She instantly went "oh yeah, Ashwagandha, that is fantastic for anxiety". I had no idea. Some of my previous symptoms could probably be lumped into that anxiety bucket. I didn't go out and get this for that, but it's helping all the same!I've told everyone about this supplement. I love it! Get it!

Nectar of the gods and goddessI originally started looking for this type of supplement in hopes of it balancing my mood and my anxiety …I am about two weeks in I take one capsule a day (I am super sensitive to medicines as well as vitamins)This supplement is straight fromHeaven for me … I have not needed my anxiety meds hardly at all it controls my sugar cravings and my metabolism for the first time in years feelsNormal ..I have had no muscle spasms or pain from my anxiety . Since I started taking, this my pain from my fibromyalgia is non existent .And the deep rooted calming aid with this has completely gotten my nervous system back to a “regular “ state for the first time in years I feel like I have been given a whole new body and nervous system!!! I’ve tested this product now for about 45 days. Out of concern that the recommended dosage might be too much to take in one day, I ONLY TOOK ONE PILL IN THE MORNING. Here’s my results and opinion. I am not paid for this review nor given any bottles. This is a straight up...”I’ll give it a try” based review. I’m a male in my late 40s. Lower anxiety, better sleep and offset to declining testosterone were my main desired outcomes.1). Yes, it does improve anxiety and sleep. Found myself sleeping through even on nights where the next day at work was going to be high stress. Noted change.2). May be associated with diet change but seeing cortisol levels decrease with this, I was curious if it would reduce midsection. I joined Weight Watchers around the same time and have lost 18 pounds in 6 weeks. So...chicken and the egg here??3). Definitely without question increases libido and “performance”. Won’t be needing any other help in that dept if you know what I mean.4). Did not increase testosterone for me. Blood test from 2 years ago was 407. Blood test last week was 397.5). No noticeable impact on blood pressure. Took BP randomly over the last 6 weeks. Same as always.6). No jitters, side effects or concerns.7). Big pills. When i first took them they almost got stuck in throat. Way to do it is, put them in mouth and get be capsules really wet with the water first as you take a mouthful. Then swallow.8) good value for good sleep and lower anxiety. Not a placebo. There’s stuff I have to deal with that no placebo could overcome.Going to increase dosage now from 1 pill to 2. Will update later

Fantastic. I notice effects immediately. I take before work. Handle stress much more efficiently. No snake oil, really works as advertised. From experience, I've learned to cycle off of ashwagandha. I'm going to go 4 weeks ashwagandha alternative with 4 weeks Holy basil. Buy it.
