Fast and easy to use
I have used Hereford Beef in the past for making Shepherd Pie. Mashed up the beef into small pieces and added gravy to it for biscuits. Also used it to pour over potatoes. Boiled pasta and poured over the pasta. Also made a beef pot pie. Very close to Shepherds pie.

I liked the fact that I could even find this item again after the store where I used to buy it went out of business. It is a great product that I will buy again from you if you still carry it. Very good over a plate of microwaveable rice
Very good over a plate of microwaveable rice. Nice and hearty and a meal in under five minutes, and enough for two meals in one can and also a great burrito mix. Sorry to see the price went from $38 to $55 the week after I received it. I was surprised, the Hormel brand on this site is the same price as Walmart and when I run out I might order that from Amazon however a lot of the reviews state that brand is mostly gravy. Hereford is very meaty and tastes good, just watch for price fluctuations

Open immediately if you buy Exterior carton was pristine.
Every can had one or more large dent. Afraid to use them. Exterior box looked fine so did not open carton until now which was more than 30 days. Do not recommend this item from this seller.

Gluten Free, delicious, and perfect emergency food!
My husband and I like to keep a stock of emergency food. Hereford brand is the best tasting of the canned beef in gravy, and it's gluten free. Since I am Celiac, that's important to me. I appreciate that this seller offered 6-packs of the meat. We are now stocked up once again.

Good Over Rice
While this is not what I would call fantastic cuisine, it's okay for the price. I would not eat it alone as a main course, but over some nice jasmine rice it's pretty darn good tasting.I can say that I would be highly recommending this to friends and family as a food source for long-term storage in the case of an emergency.
