I bought this carrier for my Chihuahua. We are going to be moving and I needed a safe place for him to travel. We are also going to be using it while at a wedding in the middle of April. I wanted a place he could be comfortable for an extended period of time. The fold out sides seemed ideal.We received the carrier before the expected arrival date and it was in perfect shape. The padding in the carrier is nice and fuzzy and soft. There is a place to hook the dogs collar to keep him secure inside the carrier as well. The carrier even came with a collapsible plastic bowl that conveniently fits in the side pocket. If you are traveling on a plane and have a case with an extendable arm you can secure the carrier on top with the sleeve that is mounted on the side of the carrier. very convenient.I was not sure my dog would like the carrier. No worries there. The issue now is getting him to leave the carrier! I actually had to hide it from him because he was crying to be let inside. I would say this was well worth the $29.99 price. There is a life time replacement warranty! Who does that?! That shows how dedicated to the product this company is! I would buy from them again most definitely!!

My puppy absolutely loves this carrier! She went inside all by herself looked around for a minute then laid right down. I’m working on getting her to enjoy her crate. Pictures for proof to show how much she likes this carrier!

We are blown away by the design and quality construction of this carrier. We were looking for a new puppy bag and ended up with a “Puppy Palace”. The added bowl is also great quality and a nice bonus. I’m able to strap it into the front passenger seat easily and expand the other side for a perfect fit. Only time will tell if it’s durable but we’re optimistic. The big pet stores are selling far inferior carriers for much more money. This is a worthwhile buy.

Worked wonderfully when we got our puppy from Oregon! He is a boxer and weighed 15.8 lbs.

Just received this product and tested it out with both of my cats - They loved it! My bigger cat (25 lbs) was even enjoying just lounging in while it was set up in our living room.

I waited until our return flight from Montana to rate this carrier. I highly recommend this carrier. Price, quality and I really liked the fact the sides popped out like a rent when needed. The carrier got perfectly in the airplane floor at my feet while in flight. The insides were a soft comfortable bottom and sides. There is a front and back screen so our little could see out. Of course for flying we gave our little dog dramamine (recommended dosage by our vet.) All in all this carrier made a perfect flight for our dog and peace of mind for us. Thanks for a great quality carrier at a price that can't be near, I already checked!

Seems very well made and doesn't collapse when you pick it up.
