This little device is a great substitute for a laptop built-in microphone. Mine stopped working after a Windows 11 upgrade on unsupported hardware, and this little device stepped right in and filled the void. And it is very sensitive and the fidelity is great. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Great little microphone. I use it on my desktop for dictation, and it is sensitive and can even hear whisper 10 feet away. I like the fact that it is USB, as I put it in my USB strip. I highly recommend this if you hate typing in word, or any program where it has available dictation. Or for gamers I would imagine it would work, infact I am going to try it as I play ATS and ETS 2 (tractor trailor simulation games) can use for convoys I'd imagine . The best thing NO CORDS! I do Zoom meetings twice / week. When I moved back to a desktop from a laptop, I needed a mic for the meetings. This is small and fits into a USB port on the front of my very small computer box. Looks like a USB drive. It's Win 11 pro. The only problem I had was when I first plugged it in, it didn't seem to work. It wasn't the mic, but the settings on Win 11. The computer had the mic and speakers disabled for some reason. When I finally figured it out (and again after an update) everything worked fine.

works fine. would be better if I didn't have to turn the volume up to 60, but for my occaisional use and it's low price I'm satisfied.

The microphone in my laptop stopped working, and I couldn't get it to work again. I bought this little mike and all I had to do was plug it into the side of my computer. It recognized it instantly, and it works great. Problem solved! Great for the price.

My laptop's internal microphone was beginning to fail. This small profile USB stick works perfectly for a low price. Listeners on the other end of a Zoom call report great quality.

I purchased this to record audio while making how to videos on my laptop and screen recording because the built in microphone doesn't have good enough quality. It works and is compact and I did record with it but I went back and purchased an actual USB microphone which I can set near me while recording and that ended up having better sound quality. So if you need something small and compact, it works, but if you need better sound quality, check out some other items.
