I've been sitting at a computer for 30+ years so I didn't have much hopes for this cushion but I had to change something! My coccyx hurt more than my lower back so I was focused on seat cushions. Decided to try this pillow and wow! wow! The cushion pushes me a bit forward so slumping is more difficult and I am - don't ask how - positioned differently on the seat. Less pain everywhere, more comfort. I feel like it's 1987 again! I am 5'5" and there was a good fit. You can return it if it is too small for you and try another cushion. I had underestimated the power of a back cushion! Never again!

Prior to buying this, my office chair made my back hurt so much, I had trouble walking. This has changed it completely. It hit right where I need the support and is comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone struggling with office chairs causing back strain.

The product met my expectations

this product does not work for me my back still hurts when sitting the support is not what I thought it would be would not recommend.

My lovely wife is, ahem, not tall, and when wearing a hairclip while driving the hairclip would rub against the headrest behind her, disturbing her attention as well as her hair. This pillow causes her to sit more upright and also moved her position forward just enough that the hairclip now avoids the headrest. She also reports that in doing so the pillow is comfortable. She never complained of back pain so I cannot report on the effectiveness of this pillow in that regard, but it is comfortable and does have a positive impact on her posture. It took me a few drives to get used to it but I also now find it comfortable and it has also improved my driving posture,

Car drives/sitting on the couch has been so hard, and this little pillow is very effective in providing support. Easy to clean, as well!

I picked up the ZIKEE Lumbar Support Pillow for Office Chair with Ergonomic Multi-Region Design for an office chair that really needed a back support cushion after hours of sitting and starting to feel lower back soreness. I like that this has double straps, which can be crossed like an "X" on the back of the chair to keep it from shifting. I've found additional back support is needed nowadays with my aging body and this has lumbar pillow has been a great help to remind me to sit up straighter and lean into for better posture.
