Missing pole.
It's good product for the price. I received it and opened it up and it was missing a piece of one of the adjustable poles... Literally without the piece, the lower shelf is completely useless. My boyfriend was able to fit a pole we had laying around to substitute for the missing piece... But it would have been nice if someone had checked for any missing pieces before shipping.

Cheap!
I bought this shoe rack because it was a cheaper option, but i was expecting a little more quality. It came missing an end cap and another end cap was broken. I would not recommend unless you want to take the chance of missing pieces.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I bought two of these for my closet and they are the perfect fit! They extend so I can fit lots of shoes on both racks. Great quality and they fit perfectly underneath my hanging clothes. Great way to keep my shoes and closet organized!

Cheaply made product
I am so disappointed in this item. It was exactly what I was needing. All of the ends broke off when I was putting it together. Yes, it did come with new ends. But removing the broken pieces is ultimately impossible.

This broke during assembly.

Okay but not the most sturdy
I like this product for its function and easy assembly. However, I find that it is cheaply made and almost all of the plastic pieces in the ends of the racks have broken off.

Arrived broken, barley holds weight
I know this is cheap, but it came in the box already broke (even though the box wasn't damaged). The racks can barely hold any weight because the plastic that holds them up is so thing if you even put a little bit of pressure on it they break. Terrible purchase.
