Sturdiest tool I have ever used
Bought this tensioner after struggling to find a reliable one for over a year. I must have tried at least 4 different ones, but they kept breaking and had other issues like letting the strap slip. Now that I got a Mul320, all the problems are gone, it works well every time. It is more expensive than the cheaper alternatives, but is certainly worth it since I don't have to replace it every couple of months. I am using 3/4 plastic strapping to secure wood products.

Tensioner begins to slip and shred the strapping before proper tension is achieved.
The gripper foot and gripper pad are not adjusted close enough to prevent the tensioner from slipping before the strap is properly tightened. Does not adequately tension the strapping. No adjustments are available.

Best tool our warehouse workers have used for 5/8 inch PET
Good tool, really helped with PET strapping in our warehouse, shortened the time we spend on one operation. Much better than what we used to use, I believe it was Mip370
