My son found this to be very sturdy
He has used it as intended and this works very well and honestly is a great piece of equipment. The only downside we found was how difficult it is to set the wheels on it to better balance with him. The thing is almost too sturdy as it resists any form of adjustment. Once set, though, it doesn't just come apart like some things have on him- it stays just as hard to work with which is actually a plus.

Perfect for your ab workout and a nice little mat for your knees
The ab roller is pretty lightweight and easy to assemble - I already took it with me to a business trip.I really like the non-slip rubber on the wheel as it help to use it on any surface at home. No scratches to a hardwood floor or something similar (only slight rubber traces on the floor that are very easy to wipe off again).I love the little mat that comes with the trainer because before I always looked for any kind of mat or folded a towel when I was in a gym. The mat has the perfect size!To sum it up: great choice, I am so happy to have it!
