It's more of a caffeine candy than mint
Taste is good, but the after taste is a little bitter, not super minty. Does give you energy

only 20mg of caffeine in each one, they are perfect
I only take 2 of these at a time and it's a nice little, barely noticeable perk. It's not like some big caffeine hit. It's subtle and wakes you up a bit. If you take more than 2 you'll of course get a bigger jolt. They taste great too, mocha flavored.

Great refreshing mint. No overpowering mint flavor. Nor too much caffeine. Just right. I usually pop 2 or 3 after I eat. Keeps me moving.
