Okay, I'm writing this review from my technology challenged view to help others...SETUPThe camera was a challenge to get set up! BUT it was my error. I couldn't get the QR code to scan on the bottom of the camera to scan, so I thought the QR codes in the setup manual would work. NO - these are codes for the software. (I told you I am tech challenged). I fought with this for about 20 attempts, resetting the camera, rescanning, entering passwords, etc. - I emailed the company. While waiting for a response I kept at it. There is a reset button on the camera, under the camera ball - it's a little hard to find and push until you get the hang of it. I tried again to scan the code on the camera - it still wouldn't work! So I started trying to scan it from different angles - I turned the camera to each edge of the code, and finally - got it! Once that was done - whew - setup was a breeze.WORKING ITI played around with setting the view I wanted and it is a little tricky adjusting the view from the phone, but once you figure out the delay, it's alright. The view is better than expected (excuse my dusty floor). It has a slight delay. I can talk through it, again, a delay. I checked out the night vision and it's good too.CUSTOMER SERVICEBy now I had received a response from the company who offered to call me to help! I let them know I got it but asked if there is a PC version of the software so that I can actually record and store the videos other than to my phone which has little space available, they sent me a link and it too, was easy set up. I am currently playing with this software to see how to record, but that isn't under review here - the camera is.For the price, I would say this is an exceptional system! You cannot change the password though, that I can find and I'm not sure how critical that is. But this is great, I can't wait to check in on my pets when I am out of the house!

This refers to the ItTiot round 360 camera/ non-wired....Was a headache to set up ( hours...) until I found the One Button WI config key. This is on the bottom, far right of the Add Camara page (...) . You can move the cam by swiping the direction on your phone or by using the buttons in app. It's not stated in the description, but it DOES have the motion detection which alarms your phone & either starts recording or takes pics, or both, depending on your settings & sends an EMAIL, if you like. In your phone settings, in apps, you can change the alarm sound. Can be used without an SD card. Night vision is good. I've used it 7 miles away & it works well. Haven't tried it at a very long distance yet & I assume it has to do with how good your internet provider is?? If unplugged & moved, there's no need to rest anything. The cons... No battery & the cord is maybe 5 ft. I use an extension cord, but I'd rather have one with a battery so that it can be placed higher & out of reach. This is not suitable for outside use. The app is a little cheezy, with vague descriptions for the commands and the version changes depending on which device youre accessing it on. There is a time delay, but not too bad, maybe a second or two.

I really love this camera.At first I purchased this camera to check in on our dog when we started leaving him at home alone as a puppy .It was really easy to set this up on my phone and the picture quality is great.The color is great and the night vision is awesome. It works as described and I would highly recommend this camera.

The Cameras work great when they want to. Yes, they move and you can hear through them but if you want to watch a recorded video... good luck. At first the camera and app would pull up video okay but with some delay. Now the delay has grown soooo long, it is almost impossible to access recorded video. I ended up making it a habit to reformat the memory cards (that i had to purchase separately) weekly. So every week i would reformat the cards to delete the old videos, I did this so it wouldn't take 20 min to access all the recorded videos. Now, it will not detect the memory cards and if they do, its after going in and out of the setting over and over and over again or i restarted the camera over and over. at times, when i am lucky, the card will be detected but often after formatting and setting up recording settings, the settings will be forgotten and the camera will not record in the way i set it up to. I was very excited and loved these cameras for the 1st month, but now... aside from looking through them, they are a pain to use in the advertised capacity they are marketed in.

Great little camera. Good quality video. Easy to set up - most of the time. I ordered 3 units initially but was only able to get one to final operation. I like that one some much I returned the two and bought two replacements. Those 2 replacements setup worked perfectly. The cameras are a great size, have a good quality picture, and are easy to setup (normally). Thankfully, ordering things through Amazon Prime makes returns very easy and refunds are processed very quickly.Review revised - 30 March -I am very upset with my new itTiot cameras. The initial set up of my cameras went fine and I was able to view all the cameras at any time from anywhere. Today 3 of my 4 cameras stopped communicating and then they disappeared from my phone. I re-added them to my phone app and they worked fine for a little while and then disappeared again. Additionally, the remaining camera can only be accessed when I am on wifi which does me no good. Sent email to itTiiot service hope there is a fix or I will be returning all 4 cameras.

I have had this camera since 2018, I really like it, and am able to view my apt. from the app when not at home. It is very clear, and I like to see what my dog is doing. Unfortunately, I can only view in one room, and would have to get another camera to view the other room.The picture is very clear, and it is easy to set up, and use.I recently changed phones, and didn't have the app on my phone, and didn't know the name of the app to download. I googled the name from the camera, and sent an email to the company, who responded within 24 hours.They are a great company, with great customer service.I hope they bring back these cameras, so I could purchase on for the other room.
