Great cover for the price
I picked this one up after one I bought at a big box store got snagged on a corner and ripped like paper. This has gone through a couple good rains now and no leaking or condensation left on the furniture. The inside part has a white almost felt feel to it (not like the canvas on the outside), and the way they put it together makes it feel sturdier. Dimensions are pretty much spot on (I didn't check the height, but the 84x84 is right there). The only thing I didn't like about it have to do with the straps on the corners. You only get two on opposite corners, and two drawstrings on the opposite corners. I didn't knock off a star since you can just put the legs of something through the drawstring to help secure, but would have been nice to have straps on all corners. Also, the straps are loose, secured by a loop on the inside. I don't think it'll rip off or anything if the wind gets under the covers and starts pulling, but have to remember to re-snap the straps together after taking off or they fall out easy. Honestly though, for the price paid for it, still very much worth it.

Very well made and worth the cost
This cover is very well made. It's very waterproof. My furniture was totally protected. It covered my square table and four chairs during a pretty bad storm and not a drop of water got on my dining set. Tip: I removed my umbrella and left the other half of the pole in the table before putting the cover on. This helped the water run off and no water gathered at all.

pay close attention to reviews this is the 84x84x30 not 114x69x36
I returned this as soon I received it. There is a sticker that says cover is not meant to withstand direct rain, maintain warmth in below freezing temperature or keep cool in extreme heat. I live in Michigan so I'm looking for a weather proof cover - rain, snow, wind, heat. There are a lot of good reviews but when reading them i didn't notice that most are NOT for this particular cover - beware. The cover appears to be very good quality and comes in a very nice zippered storage bag. But it's not weatherproof.

This cover needs more tiedowns!
I like this outdoor furniture cover - but, it should have had several grommets. There are only two insufficient tiedowns on the opposing corners. The wind easily lifts the cover off my furniture. Anyone considering purchasing this product should also order a six-pack of tarp clips and 1/4-inch synthetic cord to properly secure it in place.

Fades very quickly
In just a year it has faded like crazy.I live in an area near the ocean where it is foggy and over cast for most of the summer and the rest of the year never warmer than the high 70's. I would have expected this fabric to hold up much better. I doubt the cover will last another year before the UV rays eat it up.The Hentex website says fabric is colored "through-out." Sure doesn't seem to be the case. Look at my photo and you judge.BTW, small print on their website say no warranty for fading ;(

Did not withstand last winter.....straps ripped off, cover did not stay on
Shortly after the first snow, the straps that secure this to the furniture legs ripped off, which left the cover loose. The cover came off partly, allowing snow to gather and when melted, it froze the cover. When trying to put the cover back on the furniture it ripped. This is a huge disappointment.

Plan for a backup to secure the other two sides.
We really like the cover. The material seems to be good quality. My only complaint is that there are only 2 loops that secure under a leg of a chair and 2 strings to cinch "tight" to secure the 2 other sides. Its hard to cinch it tight enough to decrease the chances of wind jostling the cover. After a significant windstorm, the cover had come up over one of the chairs which kind of defeated the purpose of protecting it from the weather. So we've devised a way to secure it a little better to prevent that from happening. Had there been 4 loops to slip around chair legs, it probably would have stayed secure and it would have been easier than trying to cinch up the strings and bunch up the material.

good for a year
I purchased this to protect my $500 hot tub cover from the Arizona sun.It has been one year and it's coming apart. So, it's not very UV resistant.I will purchase again if I cannot locate an alternative..... still cheaper than letting the sun destroy the vinyl hot tub cover.
