Good product depending on how flat your hair is.
Tried to find a cheaper replacement for my “style sexy hair” Shine 2 Hold 8. Read the reviews and thought I’d give it a try. Unfortunately I was disappointed in meeting the same level of quality. I have very flat straight hair so it takes a lot to keep the hair up and not falling in my face. This product does a decent job with that but does shape nearly as well as my previous hair paste. People also commented on the great smell. To me it smells like a hair salon which is not appealing. However the smell does go away quickly. I plan to go back to my old hair product which I highly recommend and will use this in a pinch if I run out of my usual hair product.

Disappointed
For a product that specifically claims that it doesn't make your hair crispy/crunchy, I found it actually makes it moreso than other similar products; even the next morning.Really don't like how this makes my hair feel, and honestly it doesn't hold very well

Hair still looks good the next morning!
This is really good product for the price. I put a dime size dollop in my palm and then rub my hands together to warm it up so it is easier to work with. I like the results best when applying to my hair when it's just barely damp. This is a STRONG hold, and that's no exaggeration. Next time, I may try a lighter hold. I like the scent. Kind of a light coconut. Not overpowering.

this product definitely has great hold, but it for sure crisps your hair up.

Great holding paste with no shine. Product holds all of the day and is great smelling.
The product was used to get the short messy look with limited shine. The product smells great and works very well. A little goes a long way.

Accurate discribeshion
Finally after 2 other products that claim strong hold which turned out to be a weak hold!! This product is what they discribe it actually to be.

A bit greasy and shiny.
Wouldn't call it matte. Feels pretty greasy and has quite a shine on lighter hair. Overpriced for essentially the same product you can buy at a grocery store (think "La Looks").
